Program Application Process

Step 1

Program Application:
​Take this opportunity to tell us about yourself, your activities, and your interests.


Step 2

Verification Form:
Must be completed by your Guidance Counselor or School Administrator.

  • Talk to your guidance counselor or school administrator and request that they complete a verification form for you. It is perfectly acceptable for them to modify one of your exisitng or previous references.

  • Obtain the correct email address from your school administrator or guidance counselor for the verification form. 

  • A link to the form will be provided to them, automatically. They may have to check their spam folder if they do not see the link in their inbox.

Step 3

Character Reference Form:
Must be completed by a Coach, Club Advisor, or a Community Organization Leader

  • Talk to your coach, club advisor, or a community organization leader and request that they complete a character reference form for you. Remember, it is okay for them to modify one of your existing recommendations.

  • Obtain the correct email address for the character reference form.

  • A link to the form will be provided to them, automatically. They may have to check their spam folder if they do not see the link in their inbox.

The Debutante Assembly Committee thanks you for your interest in the 2025 Debutante Program. Please understand that while many qualified candidates apply, there is limited spaces available each year.

All candidates and their applications will remain confidential.

Selection of the Debutantes is final and at the discretion of the South Brevard Debutante Assembly Committee. Candidates will be notified of status via the USPS no later than mid March 2024, followed by an invitation to the required Mother/Daughter Luncheon held in late March, 2024 (at which time the first payment of $600.00 will be due, with the remaining two payments of $600.00 each due during the Program year).

Our Florida 501C3 Nonprofit application status was finalized in calendar year 2020. Because much of our time and efforts support Serene Harbor, now our Debutantes will be eligible to receive Volnteer Hours (includes Bright Futures) for their time and efforts in the program.
